God bless Michaels am I right? if you’ve been to any Michael’s store you pretty much have the idea what this one has already. If you’ve never been to Michael’s and you like crafting then buckle up because you’re about to spend some sweet dollar bills on a well deserved treaty-treat for yourself. They’ve got stuff you need, stuff you don’t, stuff you didn’t even know you needed. There’s never a ton of staff there. Not a complaint, more of an observation. Not sure if craft stores are fading into the bleakness of history as e-commerce grows each year. I actually like the quietness there though. I can read acrylic paint labels in peace and walk the same fabric aisle back and forth 6 times without judgement as I make up my mind. Usually I’m more so buying yarn and paint at Michael’s, but this week I got a sewing machine and needed to make a supply run. Got some needles, thread, and even a yard of fabric cut by a kind employee. Shout out Michaels.

Bought helium. Looking for wrapping paper and had limited supply. That being said, I’m a guy and Michael’s isn’t my thing, so I don’t know what they are supposed to have. I guess it’s not a party store. Service was good…checkout was easy.

The associates who work in the custom framing department are so great. Always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I keep returning over the years because of their service. Thank you.

Manager is extremely rude towards customers and staff, was calling one of the employees a "retard" IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS? Absolutely unprofessional behavior, it's beyond me how she is still employed as a manager. Disgusting business practice.

Me: “Hey good afternoon Sam, ive got a question for you. Do you know where the woodburning tools are?” Sam: “No.” *walks away Well i had other items to buy well in excess of double the cost of my purchase.. just left. Ill use Amazon or something. Hahahahaha.. 😂💀🪦 Thats the kind of service this place has. Retail has apparently crushed Sam’s poor soul, and he has no service ethic left. RIP
